Global Tags now available
The ability to tag work orders and schedule items have been in BigWave for some time now. Schedule tags are global in nature, but work order tags have always been defined within project scope. This enables each project to control their own tag structure that suits their individual needs, but sometimes it’s useful to have tags at the global level that affect all work orders (no matter the project).
In today’s release you are able to add tags at the global level. Just add them in the setup area under the new Global Tags topic. Once defined, you will be able to assign, import, and report on those tags as they affect different work orders.
